How do Tom Tallian and this artist model their characters with triangles instead of constantly extruding mesh squares(I'm not sure what it's called)? But I would like to learn this style to cut down on polys and save time.
Hey K Escoe, sorry for such a late response. If you haven't figured out a way by now, you can create triangles by selecting any 3 vertices and hitting the F key in Blender. That should create a triangle polygon for you. You can't extrude triangles, so this will require some deleting, or adding, of vertices on your end in order to get the triangles you need.
